Four Key Ingredients to Getting Hybrid Work Right

In the past eighteen months, I’ve observed half of my clients increase their performance, while the other half seem to benefit from no meaningful change or otherwise decrease their value creation efforts. That seems to be consistent with McKinsey’s dataset of companies as the top performers were also more likely to see performance gains across the board and not just for some teams.

The most productive teams witnessed a 48-percent increase in employees’ job satisfaction. They’re calling the top performers Organizational Resilients. 

So what have these organizations done differently during the global pandemic. It turns out to be four consistent ingredients:
