RES’24 Next-Up Leadership Program – A New Beginning!

Recap of a wonderful new program at The Nour Group / Avnir Relationship Economics Summit (RES’24)

Over the last couple of years, senior executive attendees of our Relationship Economics Summit (RES) have often expressed, “I wish some of my people were here to experience this discussion!” It finally dawned on us: Why not create a Next-Up Leadership Development Program where some of the exact individuals those leaders were thinking of could attend, engage with Nour and senior executive guests, and walk away refreshed in their personal and professional growth journey?

Hence, the birth of a new program: Next-Up Leadership CohortOne for RES’24.

Linda Tucci, the passionate builder of great talent at QuidelOrtho, was the first to jump in with two nominations. James Mylett of Schneider Electric was next – he socialized the idea within SE, and Tara Parra, another rock star leader, nominated two of her sharp people. Mike Holleran at Canam followed, as did Umang Vohra at Cipla – he sent three leaders from India, and Clark Dean of Transwestern wrapped up the nine (9) fabulous attendees of this inaugural program.

If you couldn’t join us, we missed you. You missed more than an event—you missed the connections, insights, and momentum that will set the tone for 2025.

On behalf of The Nour Group & Avnir, we were elated for CohortOne for joining us at RES’24:

It was a privilege to host this inaugural program that brought together such an inspiring group of leaders, innovators, and relationship builders. David Nour, founder of Nour Group and Avnir, also shared his thoughts on LinkedIn.

For our attendees, two questions of you:

Inspiring Sessions:

  • HBDI Assessment: How has it helped and impacted your relationships?

  • What senior leader sessions spoke most to you? Was it Patrick McMullan, Diedre Downing, or Clark Dean?

Valuable Networking: We loved seeing many new connections formed during the event. The shared experiences and expertise exchanged among attendees were truly remarkable. Have you connected with the others?

Post-Event Resources:

To keep the momentum going, we’re excited to share a few resources with you:

  • Event Highlight Video: Do you remember that cool guy taking videos? Well, it came together, and we could not be prouder. Check out the highlight video and share it with others.

  • Forum: Have you joined our group? This forum page helps us share unique content, resources, and events. It will help you stay informed on Nour’s latest thinking/perspectives and continue connecting with one another. Please click HERE to join.

  • Next-Up Directory: Our post-event participant directory is the Avnir Forum—RES Group, so make sure you join us there to stay in touch with fellow Next-Up attendees. Past attendees can also be found on the Next-Up landing page.

What’s Next?

As you continue to grow your professional relationships and apply the insights gained at the Next-Up Leadership Development Program, we encourage you to:

What’s New in RES’25?

By now, you know Nour – he simply can’t sit still! So, we’re already planning RES’25 Next-Up with the following new opportunities:

Early Bird Pricing:

We finalize the agenda for our programs with a strong influence by the attendees. So, the sooner we know you’re coming, the sooner we can nail down and communicate the agenda, what to expect, any homework (like HBDI) you may want to do in advance, etc.

As such, we’re offering early-bird pricing for those who can commit (and protect the dates of October 13-15, 2025) sooner. Here are a few incentives:

1. Register before 31 March and save $1000. In addition, you will benefit from TWO (2) Nour Office Hour sessions in Spring and Summer in advance of the Summit.

2. Mid-Year Pricing. Register between 1-Apr and 31-July and save $500. We’ll include you in ONE (1) Nour Office Hour session in Summer in advance of the Summit.

3. The full fee after that is $3K.

Enhanced Content

CohortOne attendees shared that they wanted more discussions, interactions with senior executives, and an even more immersive experience with the content.

For CohortTwo, we’re planning:

  • Case studies,

  • Breakout discussion sessions,

  • Panels,

  • Several members of CohortOne returning as Guest Speakers, and

  • More interaction with senior executive attendees.

Next-Up Salon Mastermind Group

Salon: A fashionable assemblage of notables held by custom at the home of a host!

Nour recently described leadership as one of the dynamic sports we play (or our siblings, kids, or friends played growing up), like soccer, lacrosse, or hockey. Most people would agree that 90% of these guys are played when you don’t have the ball or the puck! And the best players on the best teams are ALWAYS thinking: “Where should I be? What should I be doing? How can I put myself and my team in the best possible position so when we do get the ball or the puck, we can create an opportunity to score and win!”

Now, think of leadership as that pitch or ice rink. It’s constantly evolving, changing, and challenging everyone on that pitch or ice. There may be some stalworth attributes of leadership that will be evergreen – trust, communication, collaboration, decision-making, problem-solving, surrounding yourself with exceptional talent – yet, how you define leadership, how you’ll think, feel, and behave to identify, nurture, and develop your leadership brand will unequivocally set you apart from your peers.

This is why we’ve created a new offering for RES’25 Next-Up Leadership Program: Salon Mastermind Group.

Join us for eight (8) virtual and one (1) mid-year full-day in-person sessions to continue to build and nurture your personal and professional development journey from now to next.

This will be a limited-capacity offering, so register today to join us. Like most Nour programs, it’ll be value-packed and engaging. It’ll challenge you to think and lead differently. There will be homework, discussions you’ll need to have in your company, coaches and mentors you’ll need to engage, and really think through: where should I be, what should be doing, and how can I continue to learn and grow to put myself and my team in the best possible position for us to take advantage of the opportunities that we may uncover!

Don’t delay—register to attend the Next-Up Leadership Development Program from October 13 to 15, 2025.
